Nico decided to end the recruiting process early and chose Bama ahead of AU, Clemson, Florida and USC just to name a few. It looks like they'll start him outside and eventually move him into middle linebacker where he is most comfortable.
Johnson is still nursing some injuries he's had over the last couple years but he's managed to play through them even racking up 208 tackles over his last two seasons.
He is ranked no. 30 nationally on rivals.com and no.3 on the Birmingham News Super Seniors list.
