Brandon Heavens, ranked by rivals.com as the no.14 recruit in the state, was held to just six carries and no receptions against a Hueytown defense led by junior Tavon Arrington.
Heavens did manage to score on a 1-yard dive but it wasn't enough as Jess Lanier fell 33-28.
