The 6A Alabama State Polls as voted on by the Alabama Sports Writers Assoc. There should be a huge shake-up in the top ten this week as almost every team plays a tough game with no.4 Oxford/no. 6 Gadsden City highlighting the bunch.
1. Prattville
They host undefeated Wetumpka who finished 16th in the voting this week.
2. Tuscaloosa Co.
Playing host to Hillcrest-Tusc(3-0) who handled Jess Lanier last week
3. McGill-Toolen
Playing one-loss Daphne who jumped into the polls this week with four votes
4. Oxford
They play in the biggest game this week against no. 6 Gadsden City.
5. Opelika
cake walk this week against winless Enterprise
6. Gadsden City
Hosting Oxford. Keep an eye out for this one.
7. Mountain Brook
Hosting region match against Spain Park
8. Hoover
Making the short trip to Alabaster to take on Thompson(2-1).
9. Huntsville
Takes on Florence(2-1)who just dropped out of the top 10 after an upset by Bob Jones.
10. Vestavia Hills
Traveling to Pelham(2-1). Good matchup
